The box arrived a little wrinkled, but not badly. The cream is for me, not as a gift. The cream is gel-like in a pink-red color and has a gentle scent. Its texture is similar to hair gel. The texture feels pleasant to the touch; at first, when the cream is absorbed, your fingers feel like they're touching the skin of your face, but as everything dries, the skin becomes smooth.

It doesn't look like cream, I would say it's a gel with a light texture and a light scent. After applying to the face, it tightens the skin.
